Alpha Kappa Alpha’s Eventful Sisterhood Pilgrimage to Washington, DC
July 11 – 18, 2008
One hundred years ago, Alpha Kappa Alpha was founded on the campus of Howard University in Washington, D.C. From July 11-18, members will return to the nation’s Capitol for the organization's 2008 Centennial Boulé. During this biennial international meeting, the Sorority will celebrate its founding while working to achieve its business goals. It will also focus on mobilizing an informed and educated populace about the significance of the upcoming 2008 elections.
