Welcome to the official website of the Confident, Competent, Classy, Caring and Capable Central Region of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Established in 1919, we have a rich and Exceptional Sisterhood and Purpose!

We are small – but significant – diverse and dynamic. From North Dakota to the Little Egypt area in Southern Illinois and from Minnesota’s Twin Cities to the Bluegrass of Kentucky – we are large, small, urban and rural. We are home of the largest graduate chapter ever chartered in Alpha Kappa Alpha’s history, yet we remain noteworthy and perceptible at small predominantly white colleges.
